Nazareth Living Center, located off of Ringer Rd., is planning to invest $14.6 Million dollars to renovation their existing facility and to construct a new assisted living facility.

Run by the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet, it has been a retirement home for Catholic nuns for over 140 years.

The new facility will be used to serve those suffering from memory impairment and needing assistance with basic daily activities.

The existing nursing home renovations will cover approximately 50 percent of the facility.  Nineteen rooms will receive new walk-in showers and a portion of the dining room will be partitioned off to add additional space for physical therapy.
